Altrusa is an international non-profit organization making our local communities better through leadership, partnership, and service.
Our club offers an opportunity to make a real difference in Campbell River and the surrounding district. We undertake a variety of service, literacy, fundraising and international projects each year.
Each year, the Altrusa Club of Campbell River makes donations to over 30 local community organizations, organizes projects and activities, and gives thousands of volunteer hours to enhance life in Campbell River.
In addition to the satisfaction that comes from being involved in activities that will make our community a better place to live and work, members also enjoy lasting friendships, stimulating speakers and programs, and opportunities to develop personal leadership. We share laughter and fun as we work together to enrich the lives of others.
“We gratefully acknowledge the financial support of the Province of British Columbia.”
